At the end of every year, I always spend time going through a particular ritual that helps me celebrate what was really good in the past year, look back at what I learned, and ask myself what do I want to carry forward? Doing this ritual helps me look at what I want in the coming year. I want to share this ritual with all of you so you can reflect on 2022 and look at what you want for 2023. Before I get to this very powerful ritual, I talk about: Taking time to pause and enjoy the moments in life. This helps you to create more of that in the future. Why it is so important to have closure for the things you don’t want to carry with you into the new year.
